Your presence is a gift.

This site has been created in hopes of being a fundraiser by showcasing a coffee table book that demonstrates empathy and encourages healing, as well as an assortment of items for the bereaved. Designed for most ages and reading levels, the book can be kept for yourself, gifted and re-given to just about anyone at the appropriate time.

​

This book is to complement areas in the offices of doctors, rectories, funeral homes, school guidance counselors or at home in a living room where the curtains have been drawn for too long.

​

I used minimal text coupled with large photos so the reader doesn't have to think about the content. They can absorb the information. With only 20 pages, the book has been referred to as "intuitive".

​

I designed an 8X11 hardcover book, as well as an 8X8 soft cover version, and most recently a 6X6. Both of the larger sizes are available in Spanish.

​

If you would like a book, please donate directly to the Wendt Center. For a minimum donation of $35, I will send you the small book and for a minimum donation of $50, I will send you the larger version. On the donation page, please designate "Camp" and reference the support with my name (Carole Darby) in the comments. Once completed, email me the donation confirmation along with your mailing address and I will send you the book!

I also made bookmark gift tags. You can write, dedicate or memorialize as you wish.

 

Lastly, I created a line of sympathy / care & concern / remembrance / thinking-of-you / encouragement greeting cards. More cards & other products will be displayed soon! If you are interested in purchasing these, Paypal is preferred.

All proceeds benefit grief programs for children.
